After weeks of demos, scoring, and deliberation, it's time to narrow down the solutions to the top contenders and to assess how well each solution meets the needs of your teams. 

6. Partner

Ideally, we should already know which solution integrator will perform the full implementation. If not, it's time to interview and select the partner that will bring your software to life.

7. Implement

With the software selected, we're moving into the implementation stage where the partner delivers your tailored software solution over a mutually agreed timeline.

8. Train

Once the solution is built, it's time to get your teams skilled up and familiar with the new software. You'll also decide around this time how much you'll want to own your new and shiny software solution.

9. Go-Live

It's time to commit to a date of when your teams that will use the new software solution going forward. Set a date, get the final data conversions needed complete, and start reaping the benefits of your investment.

10.Roadmap

Identify the growth path for your software. It should never be implemented and left alone. Business conditions constantly evolve, and your solution should continue to evolve with your organization.
