Partner with Us
Partnership involves two separate parties actively participating and engaging in efforts to uplift the station of the other mutually. We pride ourselves in selectively choosing which companies to partner with based on several factors: ethics, vision, product execution, functionality, user experience, and, lastly (but most importantly), customer experience.
At the end of each partner type is a successful customer outcome. If it becomes known that a partner is generating friction or conducting themselves in a way that concistently generates negative customer outcomes - we will terminate a partnership. We expect nothing less in return
Our methodology of partnering with other companies currently takes on two forms: Referral and Synergy. Learn more about each, their structure, and benefits below.

Referral
Being a referral partner typically takes on less of an investment of time and effort. We acknowledge mutual product expertise, and create a referral agreement where each referral that results in a sale generates a kickback for the referrer.
Referral Partner Benefits
- Referrals: if we uncover a customer with a need that matches your product/service offerings, we'll send them your way.
- No Commitment: there aren't any expectations from either party of the other.
- Simple Revenue Share: any referral that results in a sale or generates revenue results in a revenue share with the referer.
Synergy
Synergy is achieved with a combined effort that creates a more significant outcome for each party. Our synergy partners are ones that actively coordinate product development, cross-promote, and uplift the other through consistent collaboration.
Synergy Partner Benefits
- Referrals: if we uncover a customer with a need that matches your product/service offerings, we'll send them your way.
- Strategic Meetings: we meet monthly (at a minimum) to discuss how we can support each other on all fronts.
- Recurring License Share: if a referral results in a sale that generates yearly license, we give you 30% of our license margin.
- White-label Professional Services: you'll have an option for us to bill all of our services on your paper at a reduced rate.
These programs are not intended to be a "one-size fits all" for either partnership type. We expect our partners to set the tone on any additional requirements upfront to ensure transparency and alignment.
